Terms of Service

By signing up for or accessing the Puccha platform ("the Service"), provided by HX Lab Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), you accept these terms in full.

Puccha is an AI-powered knowledge base platform that helps organizations search and answer questions from their internal documents. The Service includes:

• Document upload and management
• Automated search and question answering
• An embeddable website widget
• An admin dashboard

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• An organization may have multiple user accounts managed by its Owner

You agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful business purposes
• Not upload illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to access another organization's data
• Not use the Service to send spam or abuse the system

The documents and data you upload remain yours. The Company claims no ownership of your content. You grant the Company a license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

• The Free plan is free within its defined limits
• Team, Business, and Enterprise plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

AI-generated answers are reference information only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should verify against the source documents and a qualified expert before making decisions.

The Service is provided "as-is". The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI answers.

The Enterprise plan includes a separate SLA per its specific contract. Other plans have no guaranteed-uptime SLA.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok.
