Pricing FAQ

What counts as a "resolution"?

A resolution is a chat conversation that ended successfully — Puccha gave a cited answer, the customer's overall feedback was non-negative, the conversation's last AI turn wasn't downvoted, and the conversation didn't escalate to a human. You only pay for resolutions you got value from.

Do I pay for failed answers?

No. The resolution is voided if the conversation has more downvotes than upvotes overall, or if the last AI message before close was downvoted. Same if the conversation escalates to your human team. You pay only when Puccha actually answers the question.

What if I use Sonnet?

Sonnet is available on Business and above. Resolutions answered via Sonnet count 2× toward your included pool — so a Business plan with 5,000 included resolutions covers 2,500 Sonnet resolutions, 5,000 Haiku resolutions, or any mix. Overage rate is unchanged.

What's the difference between resolutions and API queries?

Resolutions are chat conversations through the widget or app. API queries are programmatic calls (MCP tool calls, raw API). 1 API query = 0.2 resolution-equivalents because they're cheaper to serve.

What if I exceed my monthly resolutions?

Free has a hard cap — chat returns a friendly upgrade prompt at 100 resolutions. Paid tiers continue chatting and you pay the overage rate ($0.05–0.12 per resolution) at the end of the period, capped at 2× included to prevent runaway bills.

What's a workspace?

A workspace is a brand-scoped knowledge base inside your organization. Multi-brand customers (banks, holding companies) use one Puccha contract with separate workspaces per subsidiary — different KB, different branding, separate analytics, but one bill.

Can I add more seats on Team without upgrading to Business?

Yes. Team includes 5 seats and you can add up to 5 more at $22/seat/month. Beyond 10 seats, Business is the better fit — it ships 20 seats included plus multi-workspace, Sonnet, and the API key surface.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing period. Annual customers are locked at their sign-up overage rate for the full term.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards via Stripe for monthly. Enterprise plans can pay by invoice (bank transfer). All prices include Thai VAT.

Is there a commitment?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount on the platform fee. Overage rate is unchanged.

What about pricing changes?

We follow a written pricing-change protocol — 90 days notice for any price increase, 12 months grandfathered at the old price, annual customers protected through their full term. See our pricing policy.
